The Rotary club meeting of Thursday September 30 was in the context of highlights;
• The induction of 4 new members.
• District recognition for fellows who have served on a district level.
• RC of Paramaribo Residence is in the top 5 of clubs in district 7030 with donations to the Rotary Foundation and a 100% contribution of each member.
• Celebrating 7 Paul Harris Society members with two new Paul Harris status pins.
• The celebration of our highly appreciated Honorary Member with an impressive track record in the community as well as serving as a Rotarian.
It was a unique evening where the younger Rotarians experienced first-hand the camaraderie and sharing of the Rotary ideals in community service that have laid a solid foundation for our club.
