Reflecting on an Enlightening DEI Training Session! At our recent meeting, we had the privilege of diving deep into the important topics of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), thanks to the outstanding efforts of PDG Elwin and his dedicated team. The session was not only informative but also engaging, leaving a lasting impact on all who attended.
Kicking off the session, we were treated to a brief yet insightful introduction from Elviera, shedding light on the significance of DEI in our communities and organizations.
The interactive segment, led by PP Ineke, was nothing short of enlightening. We delved into the intersection of DEI and Rotary, exploring key themes, challenges, and opportunities. Through dynamic discussions and activities, we uncovered the essence of DEI and its implications for our club and beyond.
