The Rotary Club of Roatan is dedicated to providing service to our community, grow and retain our membership, and developing leaders for our club, district, and Rotary International.

Club committees are charged with carrying out the club's long-range and annual goals and are a crucial part of keeping our club effective and efficient. All members are requested to join a committee/s.

Club administration - Conducts activities associated with the effective operation of the club, such as the weekly program and making sure all appropriate paperwork is filed with the government. The club treasurer and secretary are members of this committee.

Public Relations - Develops and implements plans to provide the public with information about Rotary and promotes the club's service projects and activities. Manages all online forums and social media.

Membership - Develops and implements a comprehensive plan for both new member recruitment and retention of current club members. This will be a very active committee during the 2019/2020 Rotary year.

Service Projects & International Committee - Plans and conducts projects that address the needs of the community and communities in other countries. Works in the recruitment of International Clubs to take on projects and apply for Global grants for our communities.

The Rotary Foundation - Supports the Foundation through both financial contributions and program participation.

Special Events Committee - Plans and organizes fundraising events for the Rotary Club of Roatan as well as other fundraising efforts. The President, the Public Relations Chair, the Past President and the Executive Assistant are members of this group.
