Change Over Dinner

CHANGEOVER DINNER: 

As you know the end of our 2020-2021 Rotary year is rapidly coming to an end which means ringing out the old and bringing in the new.    Please join me in a celebration to welcome Phil Hatch to the podium as our new President.  

WHEN:   June 24 @ 5:30pm

WHERE:  OOB Ballpark - 4 Emerson Cummings Blvd, Old Orchard Beach

                  (Behind the OOB Fire/Police Dept)  

                  Jason is working diligently to perfect the space to accommodate a

                  safe and friendly environment for this event and future Rotary

                  meetings. PLEASE NOTE: Plenty of parking at the location

                  including handicap parking near the festivities.   As mentioned the

                  venue is outside and weather protected but bring a sweater or light

                  jacket for your comfort.    

COST:       A $2.00 "cover fee" will be collected at the event to help defer the

                  cost associated with planning this event.   

FOOD:      Pizza, ham/cheese burgers, hot dogs, sausage and crab cake

                  burgers, beer wine and soda will be available at the Ballpark

                  concession stand for purchase. 

RSVP:       To best be able to plan accordingly please RSVP by emailing or

                  calling me by Friday, June 18th.    A head count if very important 

                  for the planning process.

After a year of complete screen interaction with many of you, I very much look forward to hopefully seeing all of you at both this event and future live meeting beginning July 1st.   I have no doubt Phil will have an amazing year and I look forward to celebrating this with you all.
