Marketing Meeting for Beerfest

Hi PR Group,

We will be meeting to discuss the PR for the Beer Fest this Wednesday at 5pm at Banded Horn near Portland Pie.  I can’t recall if I sent out a confirmation so doing again just in case.  One of the biggest items will be to come up with a name/logo for the event keeping in mind we will want something that is usable over time.  We would like to have the Rotary logo included in the design in some way and possible around the falls since it will be held at the Mills each year.  Here are some ideas that Ken and Bill have already thrown out and I would like you to send along your thoughts or bring them Wednesday night.  We will discuss and choose a name to proceed with design.

• Celebration of Suds
• Don’t Spill at the Mill
• Foam at the Falls
