Sergeant of Arms,  Rotarian Keith J. did very well considering the short notice as fellow Rotarian Steve Morin was basking in the sun somewhere warm.  Various fines were assessed as well as noting Jackson's TV debut, Lucie for crying wolf over the Auction items and pre-St. Patrick's Day fines were charged to the President.
