President Bill's Budget for 2015-2016

Board approved the budget and Bill wanted everyone to see it. The back of the first sheet is what we are raising money for.
  • World Community — should be $ 5,000, not $3,000 so we need to raise $2,000
  • Company B — 3 year window. Operate from Return of Investment minus CPI — $13,500. Denis recommended that we set aside 1/3 for next year due to market volatility
 
The first page tells where we anticipate revenue coming from
  • Beer festival is where we are going to cover any shortfall so we need to make sure we get this started — September 26
  • Alzheimer Walk— Community Project -September 19 in York – More info to follow
 
Most important is that we support a lot of different things so it’s important we all help to make these fundraiser's successful
 
Carl Goodwin agreed with Denis about COT
  • $38,500 for 2 bedroom ranch (24 x42). Need to finish sheetrock, rough plumbing, kitchen. Contact Carl Goodwin. People are responsible for moving, foundation, and contract cost.
  • Jeremy Ray raised the possibility of looking to build houses on site. Possible reach out to Westbrook School Department
  • Karen Chasse looking to get names of past buyers to do feature.
  • Vocational Committee should talk to Jeremy.
  • Might have to look at the Dictionary project for other ideas
