Meeting Makeups and Website Login Issues

 

 

I recently had a conversation with a member of our club who was unable to login to our website to do an online makeup.  Their experience made me think that perhaps some of you may have the same issues.

 

For starters, attendance at our meetings is an important part of being a Rotarian but attendance can sometimes be difficult when work or family life get a little busy.  There are opportunities for you to maintain your attendance when you are unable to attend one of our clubs regular meetings.  Makeup meetings must be completed either two weeks before or after an absence from a regular meeting.  Makeup meetings can be earned by taking part in an eRotary Makeup which is accessed at anytime through a link on our website.  You will need your username and password.  If you have lost yours or do not remember it, please contact our webmaster Brian Dallaire at bdallaire@usa.net and he will issue you another username and password.

 

Another way to earn a makeup is to attend another Rotary Club meeting and have a makeup slip filled out by the host club.  Simply return your makeup slip to our Secretary, Bernice Wood and you will get credit for the meeting.  You can find a Rotary Club anywhere in the world through a link on our website titled Rotary Club Locator.

 

Finally, makeups can be earned by attending a committee meeting, board of directors meeting or volunteering at any of our service projects or fundraisers.  Again, just notify Bernice Wood and she will enter your attendance.
