Christmas Shopping for Kids

2016 CHRISTMAS ADOPT A FAMILY PROGRAM

Currently many Families including 30 Kids.

Guidelines: Only one application accepted for each household. “Applicant” must be 18 years old or older, a head of the household and may only request assistance for people who permanently reside in the home. Applications are for Christmas food and gifts for children ages 0-18 years.  Applications must be received by 11/18/2016.

Each applicant must provide the following information:

• Name (first & last)
• Physical address (street and apartment number if applicable)
• Primary phone number (for contact purposes)
• Alternate phone number (if available)
• Number of children in household between the ages of 0 and 18

Giftcards for Groceries for the benefit of the families will also be purchased.
