Ribfest Comox Valley

Comox Valley Ribfest 2018! Sep 14, 15 & 16th at Exhibition Grounds.

3 days of delicious ribs! Ribfest is a family-friendly event with music and entertainment for people of all ages! Bring your family and your friends, and sample some of the best ribs from some of North America's top professional cooks - better known as "Ribbers"!

There will be several Ribbers equipped with their own customized trailers to tempt your taste buds and give you an unforgettable dining experience - and it's all for a good cause! Proceeds will support some of Strathcona Sunrise Rotary Club's local and international projects.

As well as the Ribbers, additional vendors, including local producers, will be offering a variety of fresh and flavorful food items. Refreshments will be available, including wine and beer, so be sure to bring your photo ID!

There'll be great live entertainment, featuring a number of the Comox Valley's finest local musicians. Combine that with the unforgettable crew of performers we've lined up and this is bound to be an event you won't want to miss!

Please note that smoking and bringing outside food and drinks will not permitted at this event. Dogs are allowed, but they must be on a leash.

Dates: Friday, September 14: 4pm to 9pm
Saturday, September 15: 11am to 9pm
Sunday, September 16: 11am to 6pm

Plus, on Saturday there will be a car show from 10am to 2pm (Registration at 9am; there will be door prizes, five trophies and dash plaques to the first 75 cars.)

Location: Comox Valley Exhibition Grounds at 4839 Headquarters Road, Courtenay, BC

Parking is a Toonie ($2). Admission is by donation. Proceeds go to support many local community and international Rotary projects. Some of the past projects include the Rotary Air Park, Comox Rotary Water Park, Bus with medical supplies to Mexico and organic farming in India.
