Program:  December Rotary Student of the Month- Claire Collins

Guy Fortunato took pride in introducing Claire as a student in his class who he has truly learned from, and has energized him to be a better teacher.

Claire’s comments:

An Enfield native, Claire believes the world is full of amazing opportunities. An avid learner, she was saddened when not assigned homework, which she considered part of personal growth. She has spent much passion pursuing Agricultural Science, equestrian experience and equine rescue. Her involvement in the Suffield Regional FFA (Future Farmers of America) led her to actively participating in the annual National FFA Convention. She wishes to attend The Ohio State University to achieve a degree in Nursing, and a doctorate in Nursing-Oncology. Post-graduation, she will continue her journey of improving the lives of people and animals, particularly equine. She thanked our membership for her selection, and was well received with praise and encouragement from our club.

Blue Ticket Winners: Ed Walsh had the winning blue ticket, with sides won by Jay Presser and Jon Kozloski.
