Reeves Brown: Building a Better Colorado

Mr. Brown will discuss Colorado's "Gallagher" constitutional amendment and the legislature's referred measure on the November ballot to repeal that amendment. "Building a Better Colorado" is a non-partisan and non-advocacy statewide effort to promote constructive dialogue among community leaders to  improve statewide policies for the betterment of our state.

The legilature's proposal to repeal the Gallagher Amendment was a concensus policy recommendation which grew out of BBCO's "Colorado Conversation" in 37 communities in 2019.
