For The Second Year In A Row...
The fifth annual Fort Morgan Rotary Chili Cook-Off results are in!
For the second year in a row, Jason Meyers, currently serving as the President of the Fort Morgan Rotary Club, had the most favored chili, as voted by 50+ public tasters/judges. John and Belinda Pickens came in 2nd place and Amy Green came in 3rd.

Many tasters commented on how hard it was to choose this year and how they appreciated the variety of chilis that were prepared.
Our many thanks to all of the Chili Cooks and most especially to our downtown stores that agreed to host the 5th Annual Chili Cook-Off:
Rent A Center
Brown's Shoe Fit
The Oak Tree
JC Penneys
Unique Embroidery & Engraving
The Flower Petaler
Biz Mart
A big thanks to the Fort Morgan Fire Department for allowing us the use of their EDITH trailer during both the Hot Cocoa sales Thursday night and Saturday during the Chili Cook-Off. Also thanks to Michael Crandall from Troop 46, who helped out at the event as a volunteer. Michael is working on his Life rank advancement in Boy Scouts of America.
