4H Record Book Winners Honored

The Rotary Club honored this year's top 4-H Record Book winners. Winners were selected based on the neatness and professionalism of their record books, including presentaion (typed or handwritten), organization, photos, thoroughness of documentation or records, whether they followed all of the directions and whether they answered all of the questions. There were many good project record books, but in the end, the winners rose to the top based on the criterion used.
