Concrete can be resistant to fire, rot, mold, insects, rodents, floods, high winds, and bullets (:-o), and it's considered eco-friendly. Wolfram has led construction projects in other countries using concrete as the main building component. Less common in the United States, Wolfram advocated for concrete use, mitigating disaster intensity in situations such as the Marshall Fire, Napa Valley fire in 2017, and Crystal Beach Hurricane of 2008, (small list of US examples).
