Mike Klingbiel is the District 5450 Foundation Chair. The Rotary District Foundation is dedicated to promoting and supporting clubs' local and international projects. Our mission is to drive impactful projects, raise awareness, solicit donations, and help meet funding needs, ensuring we make a difference both locally and globally.
