Food will be distributed for those in need at Saint Joseph’s Catholic Church on the fourth Thursday of every month between the hours of 10:00 am and 12:00 PM. The church is located at 990 highland drive, Elko and the food is distributed behind the church on the C street entrance.
Local groups are trying to get a distribution center organized where people can place an order for items such as eggs, butter, flour, beans rice (staples) and the items will be distributed from one location. The order will be placed through Sysco and individuals will pay for the items they need at the discounted price. More details to follow.
