Rotary Day of Service - A Focus on the Environment

Rotary Day of Service addresses an issue in our community, fits within at least one Area of Focus and leverages Rotarians with other volunteers and nonprofit organizations. Our Club will participate by doing our Road Cleanup and a Tree Planting Project being coordinated by our Environmental Sustainability Team members Terry Reed, Kevin Weber and Bruce Christman.  Click Here to check out the new environment focused webpage on the District 7430 website.

Adopt-A-Highway meet at the Homewood Suites at 7:30am to clean our section of Papermill Road.

 

Tree Planting Project at West Reading Park by Hole 2 of the Disc Golf Course (Museum Rd & Parkside Dr S)   This will start about 9:30am after we finish the Adopt-A-Highway project.  Use the link above to register for the project and let our coordinator Kevin know if you will be sticking around for his famous grilled cheese and hot dogs.

 

*We will provide work gloves for both projects.  Please bring a shovel to help plant the trees.
