Registration is online up until the 23rd, then on site at the Heidelberg UCC Church parking lot beginning at 6:00PM.
The Parade starts promptly at 7:00 PM
Prizes for best costumes along with candies , hot dogs and hot chocolate are all served at the Univest parking lot - next to the Post Office.
Free event.
