We hosted five members of Up With People's management team, all former cast members at Monday's Meeting.  We heard great stories from Cloe, Luis, Ellie, Michael, and Rilee.

They emphasized Up With People's Mission:  Through music and action, we empower youth to be positive agents of change to build a more hopeful, trusting, and peaceful world.
The mission is in good hands, based on the wonderful and uplifting anecdotes we heard.

This semester's class has their first concert in Broomfield, on Thursday, March 1st at 7 PM at the Broomfield High School Auditorium.  Tickets are available at upwithpeople.org/broomfield.

For those interested in a more personal experience, Up with People needs host families for next Fall's class.  The class will need to be hosted in the Denver area beginning in Mid July through the end of August 2018.  Our own PP Craig Essex shared his very positive experience with being a host "many moons ago."  Host families provide a place to sleep, breakfast and dinners, transportation to a shuttle stop and a "safe and open environment to share cultures."  Benefits to host families include a unique cultural experience, new friends around the globe, role models for your children, a break in your daily routine, and joining the Up with People family.  If you wish to be a host family contact Cloe at cbernier@upwithpeople.org .
