Melinda Zito O’Brien is the founder and CEO of Energy Utility Group (EUG).  Melinda is a member of the Women’s Business Council Southwest Board of Directors and serves on the certification, marketing, and women of color committees. Energy Utility Group was the Women’s Business Council Southwest’s (WBCS) WBE of the Year 2022 and again in 2023.  This is a first for a WBE company to be awarded this honor two years in a row.  Energy Utility Group is a Round Rock Chamber Investor and Melinda serves on the Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) committee. “The best way to encourage economic development in a city, county, or state is to embrace and support diverse small businesses.” – Melinda Zito O’Brien.
