RCA - general assembly +

This event is a general assembly meeting for the members of our service club. The event starts at 6:30 p.m. with cocktails. The meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. This meeting will be restricted to members only; unfortunately no guests are allowed to be present. Please be advised that we have a dress code, which is jacket and/or tie for the gentlemen. 

The agenda for this assembly meeting is:

1. Opening and hymns;
2. Invocation;
3. Attendance report;
4. Announcements;
5. Approval of minutes general assembly of November 23rd, 2020;
6. Approval of Slate 2021-2022;
7. Approval of budget 2021-2022;
8. Approval of club financials;
9. Proposal of donation recipients;
10. Free speech;
11. Adjournment without closing song.

+ This meeting will be hybrid; it will also be available on Zoom for our fellow Rotarians not able to be physically present.
