Today's speaker was Emerson Murray, the SLV author of Murder Capital of the World, the stories of mass murderers Frazier, Mullin & Kemper. Three separate killers who went on separate murder sprees in Santa Cruz county in the early 70s. New members Jeanie and Terry Howard were in attendance tonight.
