Today's speaker was Greg Rauch, N6CK, an amateur radio operator here in SLV. He covered several topics around ham radio including public service, Summits on the Air (combining ham radio with hiking and making contacts from mountain peaks), building and maintaining equipment. He was joined by Janene Forsyth, N6CKJ who also enjoys the hobby. We were also joined by Alisan Andrews, current president of the Valley Women's Club. That organization will be joining our club as a community organization member; Roger Wapner will be the first representative to the group.
