This evening's speaker was Monica Martinez, CEO of the Encompass Organization. Encompass is a nonprofit organization with about 40 programs county-wide providing services in behavioral health, family and social well-being, early childhood education, housing, and more. This year they are celebrating their 50th anniversary, and the group is starting a project to refurbish/rebuild the facility in Watsonville called Si Se Puede Behavioral Health Center.
