Cohousing Innovation

 I am a retired Community College history teacher.  I love to travel and share things I love with my grandchildren and anyone else who will listen.  I just stepped down from being the President of our local Osher Lifelong Learning group at UCSC, and sometimes teach women's history for them.  I live in Walnut Commons which is one of 3 or 4 cohousing communities in Santa Cruz.  Cohousing is a hybrid between a commune and a condominium.  Ours is an intentional community we built in downtown Santa Cruz.  We each own an individual condo and share a common house.
