- General announcements:
- Mary asked to circulate the Redwood National Monument Petition
- Mary has two available slots on the Galapagos Island trip that she and Joe and taking with a group.
- With issues brought from last week’s Board meeting:
- Mothers’ Day cards & PolioPlus. The club will purchase 10 cards to generate donations to Siena House
- Felton Community Center and MCR Cleanup, April 25. We will have the Interact Club for help!
- Parades. Janet will contact the organizations to get us signed up. Felton Remembers, May 23 and Boulder Creek Fourth of July
- Strategic Planning
- John Kegebein. The club is making a donation of $100 in John’s name to the Ag History Project
- Summer Venue and breakfast fees. We will be meeting at the new Mill Street Bistro for the summer away from Mt Hermon. We also discussed revising our breakfast fees to a quarterly pay ahead plan. This is a continuing discussion. Ken will poll the other clubs in the Area 7 to see how they are handling meal fees.
- The Eagle Scout signage project. There is still some confusion here, but it looks like we need to contribute an 18” Rotary Wheel sign, so the club authorized this purchase. Steve will keep trying to get the details of the plan.
