- Perfect attendees for April recognized: Janet Coit, Mary Hammer, Heather Henderson, Mike Holton, Charles Johnson, Ken Macy and Thomas Wynn.
- Rotarian of the Month Thomas Wynn was recognized by Ken, leading the group in record attendance at Rotary Night at the Warriors and in general maintaining “the glass is half full” attitude in the face of all the challenges we face these days.
- Our friend John Kegebein is celebrating his 80th birthday, Saturday, 4/11 at the Ag History Barn, Santa Cruz fairgrounds.
- Today all members brought $10 or 10lb of canned goods for the current Valley Churches United food drive.

Charles Wasser is the current chair of the PolioPlus Program for District 5170. He will cover the history of Polio and PolioPlus, the current caseload numbers and on overview of the Endgame Strategy, the Global Polio Eradication Initiative’s road map to worldwide goal of zero cases.
