PURPOSE:
The purpose of this program is to offer financial support to individuals pursuing an education in a trade.  A “trade” is defined as a hands-on job that requires special and/or technical training.  This program recognizes the need for talented trade employees in our community and, therefore, strives to provide support by offering vocational education financial aid.  It is an opportunity for applicants to receive classroom education (book knowledge and experience) leading to possible employment opportunities in a trade.
