Arrive just before noon
1. Set up the name tags, pig, & cash box
2. Great Rotary members and guests
3. Attendance form/punch cards/money
4. Count the dollars including pig
5. Pack up our supplies
other duties include helping the President with meeting
12:15 ring bell
Lead the Pledge of Allegiance/President
Help with any introductions of guests
Lead the 4 Way test
