Welcome
At Great River Rotary, we like to serve our community through a variety of activities. Such as...
- Hosting an annual Thanksgiving dinner for senior citizens
- Ditch cleanup twice yearly
- Annually adopting a family (or two) for holiday giving
- Rebuilt bridges on the path at the Bob Cross park in Sauk Rapids
- Partnered with the TriCounty Humane Society in landscaping their dog walk, planting trees, and installing a bench in front of their building
- Installed a bike fix-it station along the Mississippi River in Sauk Rapids
- Partnered with the City of Sartell in planting trees in front of the Bernick's Arena
- Maintaining the Rotary Park alongside the Mississippi River in Sartell
- Financially supporting other local groups including Boy Scouts, Robotics Clubs, Boys & Girls Club, and more.
- And we sponsor a high school youth program that includes two camp opportunities (Camp Enterprise in the fall and Camp RYLA in the spring), and a scholarship to a graduating senior
Projects come from the suggestions of members. Do you know of a place or organization that could use our support? Let us know and join us!
