Vegas Vibe: Tysons Rotary President Tyra Garlington enjoys a moment with Las Vegas-style singer Tony Sands at a rip-roaring Rotary holiday bash on Dec. 8. The Mather Tysons became the Sands Hotel in Vegas for one magical evening as Tony belted out standards from the Rat Pack era of greats like Frank Sinatra and Tony Bennett.
