Electricity Generator Donated
Posted by Robert Scott
Members from the Watertown Oakville community lended their support to aid one of our youth from town who is required to be on a respirator 24/7. T.J. MacLean from Oakville needs to be on a respirator but was in constant fear of power outages to keep his machine running. So through the combined efforts of Fire Chief Larry Black and fellow firemen, and with the help of the Watertown Rotary and the Watertown Lions Club, a generator was presented to T.J. and his family,
which would keep their home equipped with power during outages. The generator has an automatic start if power should ever be disrupted. Among representatives of the donors were Rotary president Kurt Kueglar (left), Fire Chief Larry Black, Lion Ray Ceniccola and Lion President Rev. Dr. Andy Zeman. Not shown in photo were the two past presidents who under their term and guidance for this project came to light; they are Past Lion President Cheryl Woodruff and Past Rotary President Dr. John McHugh.
