Christmas Angels

For nearly thirty years, KIm LaChance and her father, Tom Jagger have spearheaded the effort to create a real holiday for 4 families selected by the Sanford Housing Authority. Rotarians pick children's names and purchase a gift from the child's wish list. Wrapped gifts, grocery food cards and more are delivered by Kim and Tom directly to the families. A wonderful holiday program that warms hearts all year long.
