Information for Charities
Before a NH Charity may participate in “Games of Chance” in the state of New Hampshire, they must satisfy the Requirements of the NH Racing and Charitable Gaming Commission. The charitable group must have been registered with the NH Secretary of State and the NH Charitable Trust Division of the Attorney General's office for at least two years.

Potentially the most difficult job for the charity is finding a location to participate in Games of Chance. Most of the locations where Games of Chance are offered have lengthy waiting lists and very few of the organizations who currently participate do not seek a license for the next year.
