Our club offers Hampton Rotary Members Only the opportunity to sponsor our club website and newsletter. All proceeds benefit the operations account to assist in running the club from year to year.

Our board wants to ensure that our operating account remains healthy and can absorb the unavoidable rise in costs in running our club.
Here is just an abbreviated list of what our $200.00 dues per person, happy/sad dollars, and 50/50 proceeds are expensed to each year:
- Rotary International & District Dues
- Club banners, stationary, envelopes, make-up card
- Board of Director pins/ Foundation materials
- Audio/visual equipment
- Rotary Signs/Shirts
- Postage, Printing Costs, PO Box
- Website
- Background Check(s) Youth Protection Officer et al
- Funding costs for program speakers, Interact students, district guests, Friends Forever, etc.
- Additional insurance
- Fund members to district educational events: Membership Seminar, Foundation Seminar, District Assembly, Rotary Leadership Institute
- Fund members to events: President-elect Training Seminar (PETS), Mid-Year Leadership Training, Foundation Grants Training, Youth Protection Training
- Funding the president/president-elect who represent the club each year to attend other district events: World Understanding & Peace Dinner, District Conference, District Changeover, etc.
- Reducing the costs to members of our social events – Holiday Party, Changeover Dinner, Anniversary Celebration
- District Conference Auction Item
- District Governor Official Visit/Social

The cost will be $100.00 annually and open to members only. If you are interested, please forward your logo/link to david@hamptonrotary.org.
