Revival of The Canadian Institute in Egypt

 

"Timeless Inspiration" will focus on how the Institute is involved in furthering the development of cultural cooperation between the two countries. This includes facilitating and creating long-lasting relationships between post-secondary students from both countries, in order to foster a greater understanding and appreciation of the culture of Canada in Egypt - and of Egypt in Canada.

 

Special guest speaker - Dr. Donald B. Redford, World-renowned Egyptologist, who is leading a group of University of Toronto archaeology students on an excavation of the Mendes site this summer.

 

Special guest Musician - Canadian Soprano, Lorna MacDonald
