6e Défi culinaire du Club Rotary de Shediac

Le samedi 2 mai 2015, le Club Rotary de Shediac présentera une de ses activités les plus populaires : le 6e Défi culinaire au Centre multifonctionnel de Shediac. Au cours de ce défi, chaque chef cuisinier préparera un plat différent qui sera accompagné d’un vin spécialement choisi par le sommelier de la région, Bill Vance. Cette année, c’est le menu proposé en première classe à bord du Titanic qui inspirera les plats du Défi. Le coût du billet est de 125$ et la réception est à 18h avec le premier service à 19h.

Les chefs participant au défi culinaire cette année seront Sébastien Richard du Restaurant Gabrièle, Peter Woodworth de la Maison Tait, Geoffrey De Nert du restaurant La Coast, Mohamed Attia du restaurant Le Petit Paris, et Cécil Mallery du restaurant St. James’ Gate.

6th Chef’s Competition – Shediac Rotary Club

Saturday, May 2^nd, 2015 the Shediac Rotary Club will present its most popular activity, the 6th annual Chef’s Competition at the Shediac Multipurpose Centre. During this culinary challenge, each chef will prepare a different dish that will be accompanied by a wine specially selected by sommelier Bill Vance. This year the food is inspired by the first class menu from the Titanic. Ticket are $125 each and the reception is at 6 PM with the first course served at 7 PM.

The chefs attending the chef’s competition this year will be Sebastien Richard of Restaurant Gabrièle, Peter Woodworth of Tait House, Geoffrey De Nert of La Coast, Mohamed Attia of Le Petit Paris and Cecil Mallery of St. James’ Gate.
