Rotarians Marilyn Powers (right) and Katherine Hobbs (left) were at Vanier School recently to celebrate Rotary Milestones. At the assembly, Marilyn shared that the charter for The Rotary Club of Brockville was on May 1, 1921 and May 6,2005 was the charter date for the 1000 Islands Club. What a long-standing legacy of service to the community! Marilyn told all the students how happy Rotary is to have Vanier School EarlyAct as part of our Rotary community since 2010 helping our community! The students regularly recite the Rotary 4 Way Test at their assemblies in French and English! We look forward to continuing our partnership with the Vanier student population and school faculty and administration!
