Brockvillian Nathalie Lavergne described her recent experience as a coordinator for Team Canada at the 2024 Paris Paralympics. Her presentation showed how much is really involved behind the scenes to support our national athletes in the pursuit of excellence in their sport. In addition to relating her personal work-related experiences, Nathalie also described the many world-wide friendships she has developed during her time assisting Team Canada. In the photo above, President Alfred O'Rourke (left) presents Nathalie (right) with a guest speaker book that will be donated to the library at St. John Bosco school in Brockville.
