CABN Builds energy-efficient smart homes for unique locations worldwide, allowing you to live anywhere, whether it's an addition to your home in the city or a new home on a remote island.

Jackson is a native Brockvillian who started in business with his brother several years ago. Three years ago, they sold this company and Jackson opened this new venture doing these small sustainable homes. His brother continued with the new owners.

Jackson’s company is building a small new home right now in Mallorytown (620 sq. feet) and is starting a small development in Maitland. Here they will build a community of several homes all completely solar efficient. This community will share services.

There are 4 different models available.

All parts of the home are built in a factory and delivered to the site where they are assembled within three or four days.

As part of their commitment to accessible and affordable housing, they have founded the CABN foundation, a non-profit organization that partners with municipalities and developers to bring affordable, sustainable, housing to remote, low income and indigenous communities.
