The University of Pennsylvania offers career educators a doctorate in Educational Leadership through their Mid-career program. I served as an instructional coach to five students comprising my "team" in Dr. Jonathan Supovitz' course module entitled, Data Informed Inquiries during the fall semester, 2015. The purpose of the module was to encourage students, all doctoral candidates, to think about cycles of inquiry in different time frames that aligned with the ongoing challenges of their professional lives. They learned how to apply the concept of data informed improvements in their daily professional practice.
