RSVP Nov .13: Requests for Community Development Grants

This Friday Nov. 13 is the deadline for organizations to apply for a Community Development Grant for the 2015-16 Rotary year (7/1/15 – 6/30/16). This year's theme is Youth Programs. (The PROJECT, not the organization, needs to focus on Youth.) The total budget is $8,000, and each grant will be between $1,000 and $2,500.
Please see the Request for Proposal “RFP” document which outlines the requirements, which have been streamlined to encourage additional applications. The RFP has been emailed to members plus past and identified potential grant recipients, and is available under Downloads at www.morningstarrotary.org .
We invite organizations to email or mail a proposal by November 13, 2015. The requirements now allow for providing online links to the requested background information on the organization rather than requiring all to be attached to the proposal.
