Race Sponsorships STILL AVAILABLE!

Happy Holiday Weekend MSR,

Many of you have approached me in a dead panic, terrified that it is too late to sponsor the 23rd Annual MSR 5K/10 Race!

I am here to put your fears at ease. It is in fact, NOT TOO LATE. But time is fleeting!

 We are still accepting sponsorships for the RACE. But they are due soon. Sponsorships are due to me by September 13th. I don't need the money by then, I just need to know that you will be sponsoring and how much. Money is due by the end of September. $500 gets your company logo on the back  of the T-shirt AND 3 free Race Registration for anyone in your organization to run in the race. Below $500 and your NAME gets on the shirt.

We really need all the sponsors we can get this year. We have additional expenses this year since we are not part of Celtic and we lost a couple of our older sponsors. So any sponsorship amount is greatly appreciated.  

We also are still in need of Raffle Prizes. All runners are entered in a raffle. Please bring all raffle prizes to the September 12th meeting. Or let me know by email what they are. They need to be organized and Jeff makes a really nice Prize board. 

Also do not forget to tell all your friends who love to run or walk about the race!

Highly coveted Race Sponsorships are NOW available but they will not last long and they are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED!!! AND, space is LIMITED on the T-shirt!!!! Just like last year, a $250 sponsorship will get your name on the shirt, a $500 sponsorship will get your LOGO on the shirt and $10,000 sponsorship will get YOUR FACE on the shirt AND I might name my last born grandchild after you! All sponsors get to put your marketing material in the Runner's race day bags. That is great publicity!

But they are merely a formality, I will accept your money without them filled out. Actually, Sue Reeps will take your money. Just make sure she knows what it's for. I need your logo in some type of electronic format for the shirt. And Jeff needs to know that you were a sponsor so he can get your logo up on the website.

 Not up for a sponsorship but still want to support the race? You can also donate a prize for the raffle. All the runners are entered in our raffle and they LOVE the raffle!!! Especially last year when that guy won the free tanning session and body waxing session. He was SOOO EXCITED. He ran right up to the stage, positively giddy.  

 Sponsorships need to be in by September 13th!
