Morning Star Members,
I am sending you the revised Advertising request form for Sponsors for the November 12 Salute the Troops Concert. The change indicates the information from sponsors and those wishing to have a message naming memorials and In Honor of to come to me. The Program may be different this year. Because of the timing, we may put logos of Sponsors in a separate handout to be given as people enter the concert, plus do a revolving slide show of all of our sponsors with their logos before the concert begins and at the Intermission. This will shorten the actual program and simplify having both parts printed.
Attached is the revised form. We need a serious effort by our Club members to contact companies who may consider sponsoring our major fund raiser which supports Victory House and our other community projects. The Deadline for the Sponsor request is October 25th and November 4th for the In Honor of and the Memorials (which will go into the Program). CLICK HERE to download revised sponsor form.
