Howdy!   That is Texan for “Hello!”

Now that the race is over, I feel like I almost have nothing to do. It's such a weird (and slightly fabulous) feeling.

So, do you remember from the 80’s, that great Weird Al Yankovic “I Lost On Jeopardy” parody song”? Well, at this week’s meeting, we are actually going to SING that song! It’s going to be AWESOME! I can’t wait! It’s going to be really unique. A Rotary FIRST.

… actually, I am kidding.

We are really going to PLAY ROTARY JEOPARDY!!!!!!!!

YOU could win INCREDIBLE PRIZES!!!!!! (as soon as figure out what those are going to be.) But you can’t play or win if you don’t show up.

Here is what you do. You come to the meeting. If you want to play, put you name on a piece of paper when you sign in and put the paper in the hat that will be at the Registration table. (You only get to put it in ONCE!) We will draw 3 names to be out contestants.

Then we will play the game (just like on TV) during the meeting program time. Sue Reeps will be Alex Trebec, with judge Butch Macri and scorer Jean Searfoss. The questions will all be Rotary trivia - about RI, District 7430 and our club. So study up! You know what is a good source of club information? OUR WEBSITE! Check it out! Its going to be a blast! (Yes, I really am trying to see how many of these "!!!!", I can legitimately fit in one weekly bulletin).

We are thrilled to welcome 2 new board members – Sue Reeps, our new Treasurer and Jean Searfoss, our new President Elect. Both come with loads of experience, but we are still going to give them a little time to settle in and our full support and help.
