Jan 13 - Welcome Back Dave Cincera!!!
Jan. 13 – Welcome Back Dave Cincera!!!
After the induction of Betty Isaacs last week, this Thursday we welcome back Morning Star Past President (2008-09) Dave Cincera!

Dave is our 10th – (yes 10th) new or reactivated member this Rotary year. Thanks to Rick Santee, Jess Elliott, the Membership Committee, and the sponsors…but most of all, warm thanks to the wonderful people who have joined our efforts to Engage Rotary and Change Lives: Cheryl Baker, Dave Cincera, Jan Chicka, Melinda Hoffner, Betty Isaacs, McGehee Isaacs, Tom Mohr, Ron Searfoss, Janet Sipple and Janet Westlund.
Gretchen Vakiener’s resignation, due to work and family commitments, was regretfully accepted by the Board, and Bill and Karen Jahn are officially transferring to the club near their new home in Georgia. Even so, over seven months Morning Star has a net increase of 7 members, or +14%.
Last Thursday Jeff Kicska led a great program recognizing our 2013 race sponsors – thanks, Jeff! Louise Tusak of Special Olympics was visibly moved by our $7,500 donation.
Jan. 16 Program – Dave Cincera's Classification Talk! (Steve Donches needed to reschedule his presentation on the National Museum of Industrial History – new date will be published when finalized.)
