Hi everyone - Hope all is well. I need help with the 5k race. I have made the application with the City of Bethlehem and am still waiting on Historic Bethlehem for the lease on the parking lot. I have been working from Brigantine, NJ for most of the summer and have recently committed to a trip to Croatia from September 1st through September 17th. I will be there on race day. The following items need to be addressed:
Sponsors
Water
DJ
Pop-up tents (lets not rent and save money)
Tables
Chairs
Timing
Timing
Shirts
Volunteers to be on the race course to help with directions
Water stop at the turn by the old Racquetball Club
Health Care tent (we have had St Luke’s in the past)
In the past we have had pre-race packet pick-up at the ice rink parking lot. I think this works out well.
