VACCINE CLINIC SEPT 19

Coming Sept 19…at our Thursday morning meeting!!!

FLU & PNEUMONIA Vaccine Clinic beginning at 7 AM on Sept 19.

Check with your Primary Care Provider if in doubt. Two types of pneumonia vaccines will be available. PREVNAR – 65 years and older. PENUMOVAX – 65 years and older and under 65 years with a chronic illness or smoker.

There is no copay for the pneumonia vaccine and it is free if you are insured.

The Flu vaccine is $30 if uninsured.

The Clinic will be provided by the Bethlehem Health Bureau, Stephanie Oakley, RN.
