Paul Harris +4 Pin Awarded at the February 24, 2015 weekly meeting of York East Rotary

Jim Walters, (left), explains to us that the Rotary Foundation mission is "to enable Rotarians to advance world understanding, good will and peace through the improvement of health, the support of education and the alleviation of poverty. THe Rotary Foundation helps fund Rotary's humanitarian activities, from local service projects to global initiatives. The Foundation also leads the charge on world wide Rotary campaigns such as eradicating polio and promoting world peace.
